Terms of Service

InfoPilot.ai is distributed by Reload People Ltd. (UK) [registered office available on request] and developed by RZX Evolution Dev Srl (RO) [registered office available on request] (together, "InfoPilot", "we", "us"). The platform is accessible at https://it.infopilot.ai and provides AI-driven chatbot, customer support inbox, lead capture and channel automation tools. These Terms apply to all subscribers, administrators and end-users of the platform.

InfoPilot.ai is offered on a subscription basis under the following plans: Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Plan features, usage limits and pricing are described on the pricing page at https://infopilot.ai/pricing/. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, unless required by applicable law.

You agree to use InfoPilot.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in deceptive practices; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure; (c) use the service in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; (d) upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service; (e) resell or sublicense access to the platform without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

InfoPilot.ai and all related software, documentation, designs, trademarks and content are the exclusive property of RZX Evolution Dev Srl (RO) and Reload People Ltd. (UK) or their respective licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes during the subscription term. Any content you upload or create within the platform ("Customer Content") remains your property; you grant us a limited licence to store and process it strictly to provide the service.

We strive to maintain high availability of the InfoPilot.ai platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, apply updates or temporarily suspend the service for technical reasons. We will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice of planned interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove features of the platform at any time. Material changes to the service will be communicated via email or through the platform dashboard.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InfoPilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. InfoPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Romania (as the jurisdiction of the developing entity). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction applicable to RZX Evolution Dev Srl (RO). Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
